IBPS Clerk 2023: Download main exam call letter

You are ready for the IBPS Clerk applying process once you have gone through the CRP Clerks XIII 2023-24 notification, understood the eligibility conditions and arranged the documents required for submitting along with the IBPS Clerk application form.

1. Open the official IBPS Clerk 2023 registration page at ibpsonline.ibps.in

   IBPS has assigned a a new web page for collecting the applications for 2023’s common recruitment process for Clerk selections, accessible at ibpsonline.ibps.in/crpcl13jun23. Once you have launched this link, click on the Yellow “Click here for new Registration” button to start your IBPS Clerk application journey.

2. Fill basic info to get an IBPS provisional registration ID and password for CRP Clerks- XIII

   The first section of the IBPS Clerk registration form is where the applicants obtain a temporary user ID and password. This allows them to sign in to the IBPS Clerk application website anytime and resume the application in case they encounter any issues while filling out the form. To do so, candidates need to provide basic details such as name, email ID, and mobile number. Once these details are provided, click on the ‘Save & Next’ button- this action will generate an SMS and email containing a 10-digit CRP Clerks XIII provisional number and password to the provided contact email ID and mobile number.
   
   However, please note that this registration will become obsolete if you do not complete all the stages of the IBPS Clerk application form and remit the fee amount. You can also find the registration number and password on the next page, at the top section below the IBPS logo. It is important to keep the login credentials safe, especially the registration number, as the password can be recovered later.

3. Upload photo and signature to IBPS Clerk application form

   When you are on the next section, immediately copy the provisional IBPS Clerk registration number and password to your offline Notes. Moving on to the main activity on this page, here we will upload the scanned copy of your latest photograph and signature to the IBPS application form. When uploading, please ensure that you follow the guidelines specified in the IBPS Clerk notification; otherwise, the files won’t be accepted. If the upload is successful, you will find the photo and signature displayed on the right side.
   
   

4. Complete the details about the candidate: age, reservation claims & ID proofs, etc.

   The third section of the IBPS Clerk application is titled “Details” and collects comprehensive information about the candidate, including DOB & age, relaxation benefits, permanent and communication addresses, ID proof, and particulars of previous IBPS Clerk appearances, etc.
   
   Additionally, here you can choose an examination centre based on your preference and location. However, be careful when selecting the State and examination centre for IBPS Clerk. Because, in this cadre, candidates need to be proficient in the local language of the State as per eligibility requirements.
   
   Another important data you provide is here is ID proof; please ensure that you enter the correct number and bring the same ID to the IBPS Clerk examination centre. Details of accepted ID proofs are provided in the screenshot. Aadhaar and PAN number is also asked separately, but it is not mandatory.
   
   Based on your inputs, your will also find the fee amount to be remitted for your IBPS clerk application.
   
   Finally, press the “validate your details” button to find any errors in your IBPS Clerk application form, and click next if you find it perfect.

5. Fill-up educational qualifications, experience and language proficiency

   The “Details” part of the IBPS Clerk application has three sections; the second one collects information about the applicant’s educational qualifications, experience, computer knowledge, and language proficiency. As you might know, for the IBPS Clerk cadre, candidates must be able to handle computers, which can be acquired through formal learning or a certificate course. Furthermore, Clerical cadre applicants are expected to be proficient in speaking, reading and writing the local language of the State or region. E.g., if I’m applying for IBPS Clerk Exam from Karnataka, I should know Kannada as a native. These details have to be filled up in respective fields along with marks in graduation, current job, previous experiences etc.
   
   Applicants must possess the necessary educational qualifications for IBPS Clerk by 28-07-2023. This requirement is in the CRP Clerk online application form, as shown below.

6. Choose the order of IBPS Clerk- XIII Bank preferences.

   In 2023, around 11 banks are participating in the IBPS Clerk recruitment, and approximately 4500 vacancies have been announced. If you apply for IBPS Clerk and get selected, you will be assigned a job in one of the eleven Banks in this list and in the specific State for which you have applied.
   
   The preference for Bank you give here becomes crucial if you rank well in the IBPS Clerk exam. This option allows you to prioritise your favourite banks from the available ones. IBPS considers this preference while preparing the final rank list and doing the placement process.
   
   To add your preference, drag and drop the Bank names from the left to the right, based on your priority, and then click “Save & Next.” This way, you can increase your chances of securing a job in your preferred Banks if selected for the IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2023.

7. Preview IBPS Clerk application form and complete the registration .

   Once you reach this stage of the IBPS Clerk registration window, you can preview everything you have already added to the web form and make the necessary alternations. After verification, and you are satisfied with the inputs, click the first two boxes (I agree & I confirm) and then press the “Complete Registration” button to submit your IBPS Clerk application. Please note that you will not be allowed to edit your IBPS form after this step.

8. Upload additional documents: Thumb impression & Declaration

   In this 5th and second last stage, you have to upload the scanned images of your thumb impression and hand-written declaration to the IBPS portal for CRP Clerk XIII. Carefully refer to the IBPS Clerk advertisement or the guidelines on the page before proceeding.

9. Pay IBPS Clerk application fee and confirm the registration

   Your IBPS Clerk registration will only be confirmed once you make the payment, as indicated in the form. For the 2023 clerk recruitment, IBPS charges a fee of 850 INR for candidates from the General category and 175 INR for candidates from reserved categories. You can pay the IBPS fees through the PayTM or BillDesk payment gateway, which supports all Indian credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI. Once the payment is made, you will get an SMS and email from IBPS acknowledging your successful registration.

10. Download and print the completed IBPS Clerk application along with payment receipt

    Now we have completed all the formalities and registered successfully for the IBPS Clerk Exam 2023; it’s time to take a printout of the application form and the E-receipt of payment for our personal records. To download these files in PDF format or directly send them to a printer, click on the links that come at the top left corner of the page that comes after payment.
